M&M’s original quality
"Made in France" quality: :
My M&M's® are real M&M's Chocolates® made at our French plant located in Alsace.
In order to guarantee a quality result, the personalisation of M&M's can only be carried out on the M&M's Chocolate® variety and not on the M&M's Peanut® variety because the shape of the latter is too irregular.
- In 2014, 36% of our cocoa supplies came from certified sustainable sources.
- Since 2014, 100% of our palm oil purchases have come from certified sources.
- The safety of all our ingredients, including inks and dyes, used in My M&M's® products has been established and the use of these ingredients meets current regulations.
- We guarantee our products contain no GMOs (genetically-modified organisms).

Storing My M&M’s®:
- We guarantee an optimum shelf life of 31 weeks. There is always a "consume by" date on the packaging.
- Store your My M&M's® between 18°C and 22°C, at room temperature and away from humidity and direct sunlight or heat from the sun.
- Avoid any kind of refrigeration and store the products in their original packaging.
Dedicated call center
Our My M&M’s call centre, entirely dedicated to keeping the customer satisfied, is located in Strasbourg and is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Our advisers are on hand to provide you with information about our products and the personalisation of M&M’s, as well as keeping track of your order.
Businesses require particular attention. Our advisers are here for you and will assist you as you place your order. They will be able to answer your questions concerning products, prices, delivery times and sending quotes or samples.
Payment is conducted directly via the secure servers of Worldpay (a payment service supplier). All your online purchase data is encrypted through highly complex logarithms. Your bank details are handled by Worldpay and do not transit via the My M&M's® website.
All information supplied by you during an online transaction is treated in the strictest confidence and will never be revealed to any third party whatsoever.

Our deliveries are handed over in person and must be signed for. For more details, please go to our delivery conditions page.
You will be informed by email or text message of the delivery date once the package has been collected by our transporter. You can change the delivery date and time as suits you and depending on your availability.
Packaging to suit the weather
In the summer your package will be sent out in a cool pack if weather conditions so require.
We check the weather forecast every day to ensure your order is dispatched in the best possible conditions.
The cool pack consists of an insulated box with a cold accumulator. It will protect your My M&M’s® from external heat throughout transportation.
As this packaging is only effective for a limited period, we advise you to be present at the delivery time indicated by our transporter.
The cold accumulator in your package can be easily refrozen and reused.
